(Financial support is limited and is typically restricted to university students.   Your CV and one letter of recommendation are required with your completed application NO LATER THAN APRIL 2, 2008..  You may fax all documents to 630-840-8500 or email them to uspas@fnal.gov  .  Students receiving financial support must share housing.)

The registration fee is $700.00 if this application form is received by April 2, 2008; after April 2,  the fee is $850.00.  Breakfast and dinner are included. Single hotel rooms are $123.00 plus 13% tax per night and double hotel rooms are $61.50 per person per night plus 13% tax. A housing reservation form will be mailed with USPAS registration information once you are accepted into the program.

Participation is open to both U.S. and non-U.S. citizens. International participants not currently residing in the U.S. may apply to attend the program and may request financial sponsorship but they may not earn credit from the University of Maryland, College Park.
