Software Lincense
The programs: QPepperpot, QProfiles, optics, drawEmittance, matrixMult and QuadScanreal have been developed for the Laboratory sessions 
on emittance measurement of the 2009 USPAS (US Particle Accelerator School) Albuqueruqe by U. Raich, CERN Geneva Switzerland.
The software has been released under the GNU general public license (GPL). Details on this license can be found at 
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html. It has been compiled with QT-4.5 found at http://www.qtsoftware.com.
