Scholarship funds have been reduced substantially. Therefore, awards of financial assistance will be more competitive than ever. To be considered for financial support you must submit four documents: an application form; a cover letter explaining why the USPAS is important to your career and describing prior research experience, work with or as a user of particle accelerators; your CV; at least one letter of recommendation.

Note: International students requesting a scholarship who are NOT from U.S. visa-waiver countries must already be in possession of a visa that is valid for the entire period of the USPAS session. A copy of your visa must be faxed (630-840-8500) to the USPAS before the September 14 deadline date.

Deadlines will be strictly enforced. You may fax your documents to 630-840-8500, email them to uspas@fnal.gov or send them via snail mail to the address below. Students receiving financial support must share housing.
