Courses, meals, sleeping rooms, the Computer Lab and Study Room will all be held at the Doubletree Hotel in Rohnert Park California, USA. Classes ending on Friday, January 20 and Friday, January 27 will finish at 12:00 (noon). When booking return air tickets students should allow time for their class to end at noon plus transportation time to the airport before selecting their flight time home.
The registration fee is $1,750.00 if your Application Form is received before September 15, 2016; after September 15 the fee increases to $1,850.00. The registration fee will be prorated to $1,200.00 for students attending a one-week class. The $1750/$1850 registration fee includes 12 breakfasts and 12 dinners; the $1200 registration fee includes 5 breakfasts and 5 dinners.
By reserving your hotel room via the link we will email to you, you may take advantage of the special reduced hotel room rate and extras (free wifi access in your room and free parking) that we negotiated for our participants at the Sheraton Austin Hotel. A single room will be available for $139.00 plus tax (currently 15%) per night and a double room (shared by 2 people) will be available for $69.50 plus tax (currently 15%) per person per night.
Please be aware that (based on availability) rooms will be available at our reduced rate 3 days before the School starts - however - our reduced rate does not extend past the dates of the School.
Please note if you are receiving financial support from the USPAS to cover your sleeping room: the USPAS will only pay for your room during the dates of the program. If you arrive earlier or stay later than those dates, you are responsible for paying the extra cost.
